Cascade Consulting has signed a collaboration agreement with EnviroGene, a molecular diagnostics company.
Under the terms of the agreement, Cascade Consulting will offer its consultancy services in conjunction with EnviroGene’s molecular diagnostics services including unique environmental tracing technology (EnviroTrace) and faecal water pollution microbial source tracking.
Envirogene's molecular diagnostic technology can be used to determine the species responsible for faecal pollution of a waterway, and its DNA-based tracers (EnviroTrace) enable identification of the source of the pollution. The technology may be applied to any water system, including river catchments, failing beaches, leaking sewer assets, shellfisheries etc.
