Cascade NEAS conference presentation
Cascade is presenting a paper at the Environment Agency’s National Environmental Assessment Service (NEAS) annual conference “Capturing Value 2009 – Innovations in Sustainable Design”, to be held in Northampton in December. The paper is on a river restoration scheme on the River Tame in the Midlands, which provided an integrated mitigation solution to flood compensation, riparian buffer requirements and wetland habitat creation. The scheme, which is part of the Prologis Park Midpoint development, is used by the EA as an example of best practice in innovative mitigation design.
