UKWIR review of use and CBA project
Cascade Consulting has won a contract with UKWIR to undertake a review of the use and application of Cost Benefit Analysis in water company business plans. The review is being carried out by a project team comprising eftec and ICS, with Cascade as project managers. The study will attempt to “demystify” CBA, identifying where and how it can assist in making investment decisions and setting out guidance to encourage a consistent approach to its future application in water company resource and asset planning.
