Cascade Consulting aims to provide environmental services, tailored to our clients specification, which are delivered on time and within budget. We operate a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 certification, including aspects specific to environmental management consultancy and associated services.
We have also gained BS EN ISO 14001 : 2004 certification for our envionmental management systems, standards and guidelines.
The management is committed to:
- Developing and improving the Quality Management System.
- Continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Enhancing the levels of client satisfaction in the services we provide.
The management has a continuing commitment to:
- Ensure that our clients’ needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving client satisfaction.
- Communicate throughout our company the importance of meeting client needs and all the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Establish the Quality Policy and its objectives.
- Ensure that Management Reviews are well programmed and the quality objectives reviewed. Reports from the Internal Audits are used to monitor and measure the processes and the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.
- Ensure the availability of resources to provide our clients with services of the highest achievable standard.
Statement
Cascade Consulting (Environment & Planning) Limited (the ‘Organisation’) recognises the importance of environmental protection and is committed to operating its business responsibly and in compliance with all legal requirements relating to Environmental Management Consultancy and associated services. It is the Organisation’s declared policy to operate with and to maintain good relations with all regulatory bodies.
It is the Organisation’s objective to carry out all measures reasonably practicable to meet, exceed or develop all necessary or desirable requirements and to continually improve environmental performance through the implementation of the following:

Minimise the risk to the general public and employees from operations and activities undertaken by the Organisation.
This Policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers and sub-contractors and is made available to the public.
