An ecology, air quality, hydrology and drainage, and waste management assessment to support an ES for proposed redevelopment of Qinetic’s engine testing site at Hartland park (Farnborough). Development of an environmental management plan covering the translocation of fragmented heathland and acid grassland into a SINC protected area, and translocation of reptiles.
