Victoria Dock Environmental Scoping Report

Preparation of a scoping report to determine the issues to be covered in the environmental appraisal of a proposed scheme to extend the existing pontoon facilities in Victoria Dock, Caernarfon, including dredging of Victoria Dock. Involved consultation with regulators to determine key issues to be addressed in an environmental appraisal. Key issues include hydrodynamics and geomorphology, water quality, ecology and nature conservation, in particular the potential effects of the adjacent Menai Straits cSAC.
